Haus 820 is one of the first fully renovated historic warehouses in Central Florida to be turned into an event venue. Built in 1924 as an A&P grocery store and then converted into a furniture warehouse, the building has been restored to feature its original wall-to-wall white brick, 17-foot exposed rafters, charcoal stained and sealed cement floors.
