Florida Southern College is excited to invite you to be part of “Swan-derful Lakeland,” a special showcase during our signature Convocation celebration on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, in Branscomb Auditorium. Approximately 1,800 FSC students will gather for Convocation, featuring Lakeland Mayor and FSC graduate, the Honorable Sara Roberts McCarley, as our guest speaker. Together, we’ll celebrate what makes Lakeland such a wonderful place to live, learn, work, and play. We would love your business to be part of the celebration! At no cost, you can host an information table in the Honeyman Pavilion to introduce students to your business and encourage them to visit and experience what you have to offer. There is no expectation for giveaways—we simply want to connect our students with the businesses and people that make Lakeland special. Event Details Date: Wednesday, September 9, 2026 Location: Honeyman Pavilion, Branscomb Auditorium Student Attendance: Approximately 1,800 Showcase: 10:50–11:30 a.m. Setup: No later than 10:15 a.m. We’ll also feature participating businesses on the auditorium screens as students arrive. To participate, please send your logo and a brief business description (20 words or fewer) to lcampbell2@flsouthern.edu. Please let us know by August 31 if you would like to join us.
