For co-owner and Director of Community Engagement & Human Resources, Tayler Baldick, the recognition reflects more than three decades of service and community trust. Stuart Baldick Jr. and his wife, Linda, launched their plumbing business in 1990 and spent years building a reputation for exceptional service. Their son, Stuart Baldick III, joined the company in 2004 and purchased the business from his parents in 2012. Today, Stuart III and his wife, Tayler, continue to lead the company while remaining committed to the values on which it was founded.
