About: The Lakes Behavioral Health, LLC is Central Florida's premier outpatient treatment facility for both Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health (HD) treatment in Lakeland, FL. Our guiding philosophy is what we coined the "PHOS" framework. It is a strengths-based approach to the overall wellness of an individual, utilizing Positive Psychology, Salutogenesis, Outcomes-focusing, and Strength Maximization to help those we serve realize their full potential. We offer daytime and evening programming at PHP (Partial Hospitalization Programming) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient Programming) levels, as well as virtual programming for those unable to attend or who prefer to attend virtually. In addition to our clinical programming, we also offer upscale, luxury housing in our sober homes through our sister company, The Forest.
