Recognized for its commitment to quality food, community engagement, and meaningful local impact, Jet’s Pizza offers its signature Detroit-style deep dish pizza (including gluten-free) along with salads and wings, serving customers through both carryout and delivery. Built on fresh dough, fresh vegetables, and their signature sauce, the business prides itself on quality and consistency while remaining family owned and operated, with general managers leading day-to-day operations and ensuring a quality product. Trevor Dubey, Owner/Operator of Jet's Pizza South Lakeland, shared that being named a small business of the month makes him feel great to hear the community is noticing the impact they have towards various organizations, including those supporting youth--our future. That impact is evident through the business’s strong community involvement, including supporting local schools through fundraisers such as spirit nights and multicultural nights, as well as being dedicated supporters of Lakeland police and fire departments, and the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce. As an active member of the Lakeland Chamber, Jet’s Pizza has built lasting relationships with community leaders and participated in events like the Chamber's Annual Luau and Biz Bash, helping fuel the company’s growth over the past decade. Founded in 1978, the brand continues to look ahead, with plans underway for a Champions Gate location. Trevor notes that one of his favorite parts of the business is developing opportunities for people in the community, reflecting the company’s people-first philosophy.
