Congratulations to our December 2025 Small Business of the Month, Blankskriptz Filmz! A veteran-owned business, Blankskriptz Filmz offers professional photography and videography services to clients throughout the community. Owner Maurice Cheeks enjoys that his work not only supports local businesses and organizations but also contributes to meaningful causes. Maurice gives back by donating his time, skills, and services to support local programs, including “Heroes for Higher,” helping highlight initiatives that make a positive local impact. Being named Small Business of the Month is especially meaningful to Maurice. He shared that “it means a lot, it’s a testament to my consistency and very mentally validating.” As a Chamber member, Maurice has “been able to get leads and create relationships with other small business owners.” His favorite part of running his business is “giving client the finished photos and seeing their reaction,” a moment that reflects both his passion and dedication to his craft.
