Fuel Our Power challenges people to eat solely from Feasts of Persia’s Mediterranean diet, nutrition expert-approved menu, and to exercise 4 times a week for a month. Challengers are supported by a fitness trainer, nutritionist, medical professional, and a mindset coach, and the results have been staggering. Fuel Our Power, backed by medical lab-driven data, has reported over 16 pounds weight loss, a loss of almost 14 total inches, a reduction in blood pressure from stage 3 to pre-hypertension, a reduction in bad cholesterol by 22%, and lowering one’s 10-year cardiovascular risk score (one’s risk for a heart attack, stroke, and/or death in the next decade) from greater than 50% down to 20%, all in a single month. From the early planning stages of the first challenge through the culmination of a second, iBoss Entertainment has been documenting every step of the Fuel Our Power journey. The premiere, scheduled for December 9th at Catapult Lakeland, will also include an exclusive sneak peek into “Ashley’s Challenge,” an emotional and empowering segment highlighting a breast cancer survivor’s incredible kickstart to a lifestyle transformation.
