About IMPACT Kickboxing & Fitness LLC and owner Whitney Paul's personal journey:
I lost my dad six years ago this May to suicide and a year later lost two cousins within six months of each other. Kickboxing was a saving grace for me - I have healed with the exercise while making long lasting friendships. My dad will always be my way and always have a spot in every IMPACT I build. I want people to come in and feel safe & loved... to push themselves to the full potential and build relationships along the way. This is a gym and at the same time a community of supportive, amazing people. The workouts consist of a 15-minute workout with 5 or 6 3-minute rounds with 1-minute breaks in between. Every day is a different day - and so is the workout. I have a 3-class trial with free gloves for $20; other prices and class times are on my website!
