Gary Love and the Moonlighters will take the stage to kick off the festivities. Known for their high-energy performances and timeless covers from the 1970s to the 2000s, this Central Florida favorite is sure to deliver an unforgettable concert. Band members include Gary Love (vocals/guitar), Nick Gregory (guitar), Zach Miller (guitar), Matt Fields (bass), Andy Shreeve (guest keyboard), and Jerry Escobedo (percussion). For more information, visit www.garyloveandthemoonlighters.com.
Admission is free, but attendees are encouraged to bring at least one non-perishable food item to support Volunteers in Service to the Elderly (VISTE)—a local nonprofit helping seniors in Lakeland, Bartow, Mulberry, and Ft. Meade live independently and safely. Your donation will make a big difference for some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
T. Mims Corp. President Tom Mims shared, “Our family has been honored to sponsor Red, White & Kaboom since 2009. It’s more than just a celebration—it’s a chance for our community to come together, show our patriotism, and support our neighbors in need. We encourage everyone to bring a canned food item for VISTE and help make this year’s event our most meaningful and impactful food drive yet.”
Come hungry! A wide variety of food trucks will be stationed around Lake Mirror, including:
What to Bring (and What Not To): Feel free to bring blankets and personal coolers (no glass bottles or containers, please). For safety reasons, pop-up tents, large umbrellas, or any staked shade structures are not allowed.
Parking: All City parking garages will be open and available for use.
