About Amanda:
"I began my career at Edward Jones, not initially as a financial advisor of Edward Jones, but as a family law attorney helping clients survive divorce and achieve equitable distribution. It is in that capacity that I learned the importance of recovery after divorce and solid financial guidance. My goal at Edward Jones is to help others reach their long-term financial dreams to enjoy the well-deserved benefits of a lifetime of hard work and retirement. In part due to the desire to serve others, I spent 22 years in the military. I retired from the United States Army Judge Advocate General Corps in 2017 with my last duty assignment at Central Command at MacDill Airforce Base. The Army gave me the opportunity and confidence to see the world and leave my hometown of Tucson, Arizona. In Arizona, I spent the first part of my law career prosecuting crimes in the largest counties in Arizona. Although I enjoy the careers I have chosen, I try and take time to enjoy my obsessions-spending time with my family, my horses and three dogs on Bay Lake in Lake Alfred. I enjoy gardening, doing yoga by the lake, training and riding horses, and watching movies. I am a member of Heartland Church in Winter Haven where I have had the awesome privilege of teaching and watching my Awana kids grow up, graduate high school and go on to college. Amanda is a dedicated Chamber member, actively supporting our business community.
