Black Swan Venue celebrated their 1 year anniversary with a ribbon cutting! About Black Swan Venue: We are a DIY priced Venue with all-inclusive packages; meaning we price for the venue only which includes tables and chairs, but if you want everything included such as food, decor, DJ, Bartender, etc as a package, we provide that too. We provide party rentals, self-guided tours. We are the only venue that is allowed to be open up until 2am. We allow all outside vendors. Alcohol is allowed at the venue. Our hours of operation are 6am-2am Sunday through Saturday. We have a recommended vendors list on our website and in-house catering services by Essential Catering Solutions, but do not require clients to use them.
