About Atala Counseling:
We are a diverse and inclusive mental health counseling office that provides therapy for kids, teens, adults, couples, families, and seniors. We have a talented team of counselors who receive advanced trainings and certifications in their specific areas of practice, such as CBT, EMDR, and ART.
Our team consists of multicultural and bilingual counselors that offer counseling in 100% English, Spanish, or both. Our team offers counseling in person and virtually.
Along with talk therapy, we offer support groups and couples intensives.
We are paneled with the major insurance companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United HealthCare.
