Musick Roofing, a trusted name in roofing, recently demonstrated its commitment to Polk County’s educators by donating five free roof replacements to teachers across the county. One roof was provided to a teacher in each of the county’s five school districts, reinforcing the company's dedication to the local community.
With deep roots in Lakeland, Musick Roofing has long focused on giving back to the community it serves. This initiative highlighted the company’s passion for supporting the vital work teachers do every day to shape the future.
“Education is a cornerstone of a strong community, and we wanted to give back to those who help develop future generations,” said Mike Musick, President of Musick Roofing. “Teachers are often overlooked, and we hoped this gesture would provide them with a safe, reliable environment to continue their incredible work.”
The initiative allowed Polk County educators to nominate themselves or colleagues in need of a new roof. Selected staff received a full roof replacement, including materials, labor, and customization to fit their preferences in color.
The donation program is part of Musick Roofing's broader commitment to community engagement.
