The City of Lakeland is pleased to offer free parking for downtown service industry workers at the designated parking lot located at 455 South Tennessee Avenue. This initiative aims to support local businesses and their employees by providing convenient and cost-free parking options.
To access this free parking benefit, businesses and employers must complete an application available from the Parking Office, located at the Main Street Parking Garage (314 East Main Street). Eligible businesses include those employing workers in industries such as food service, retail, cleaning, hospitality, entertainment, protective services, and personnel services. Once approved, businesses and their employees can park free of charge in the South Tennessee Avenue lot.
