The event features two informative sessions designed to empower employers. The first session, The Art of Motivating and Retaining Your Workforce, presented by Yolanda Garrett, Human Resources Director of Agricultural & Labor Program, Inc. (ALPI), will delve into effective strategies for boosting employee engagement and fostering long-term loyalty. The second session, The Importance of Training Your Workforce, presented by CareerSource Polk Business Services Consultants, Lillian Prater and Linda Gooden, will explore the importance of ongoing employee training, and how training will enhance employee knowledge and business growth.
