Lakeland, FL - Beginning February 26th, this 15-week leadership development program is tailored for women in leadership roles, whether they’re recently promoted, preparing for career advancement, or leading teams.
Eight workshops provide an engaging and supportive environment for selfawareness, confidence-building, and exploring new perspectives. Live virtual workshops occur Wednesdays, 9:30-11:00ET on February 26, March 12, 26, April 9, 23, May 7, 21, and June 4. The registration fee is $3,250.00.
The program utilizes the Leadership Circle Profile™, a comprehensive 360-degree assessment tool that provides insights into current leadership strengths and areas for development. Following a personalized report debrief with Emily, participants receive an individualized coaching session tailored to their leadership development priorities, equipping them with actionable next steps to further their leadership journey.
Participants can expect to develop new capacities to navigate leadership challenges, harness their innate strengths, cultivate executive presence, and lead with greater clarity and purpose.
