Lakeland, FL – Central Florida Health Care is excited to invite you to a momentous occasion, the groundbreaking ceremony for the future Lakeland Health Center. This event marks a significant step towards enhancing healthcare services in our community.
We look forward to your presence on Wednesday, December 4, 2023, at 10:00 am at 1129 N Missouri Avenue in north Lakeland. The future site, located near our current health center, will be easily accessible for our existing patients. Please note that the current location will be phased out once the new health center is operational.

The new Central Florida Health Care Lakeland Health Center will be a comprehensive healthcare hub, offering a wide range of CFHC services. These include adult and pediatric medical and dental services, OB/GYN, behavioral health, lab and x-ray, and a drive-thru pharmacy. It will be home to a Diabetes Center of Excellence and Teaching Kitchen, which will focus on the needs of patients with diabetes, helping them to manage their disease and improve their health outcomes. Central Florida Health Care provides care for anyone who needs healthcare services, regardless of their ability to pay. CFHC accepts insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and provides a sliding fee scale to help those without insurance.
