D.J. Nelson, APRN has rejoined Watson Clinic under the direct supervision of board-certified Otolaryngology (ENT) and Facial Plastic Surgery specialist Pranay Patel, MD. Ms. Nelson accepts appointments exclusively from the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic located at 1755 N. Florida Ave. in Lakeland. Her areas of expertise include skin rejuvenation using injectables such as BOTOX®, Dysport®, Sculptra® and Kybella®, and dermal fillers in the Restylane® and Juvederm® family. Other treatments include laser procedures that address skin issues including pigmentation, rosacea, spider veins of the face, acne, and skin tightening.
Ms. Nelson received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has been ranked in the top 1% in the nation by Allergan for her expertise in injectable facial filler treatments.
