Mastering Leadership is a 15-week program designed for women who are leading teams, were recently promoted to a new leadership role, or are preparing for career advancement. Live virtual workshops meet Wednesdays, 9:30-11:00ET on February 26th, March 12th, 26th, April 9th, 23rd, May 7th, 21st and June 4th. Leadership Essential for Mid-level Managers is a 12-week program designed to equip mid-level managers who are leading teams with the most essential skills needed to lead and lead well. The program focuses on ten essential leadership development topics. Live virtual workshops meet Thursdays, 9:30-11:30EDT on May 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, June 5th, 12th 19th, July 10th, 17th, and 24th.
