Tony Johnson's entrepreneurial journey started reluctantly and confidently at exactly the same time. After a decades-long career at Aramark, Tony left in 2020, presenting him the terrifying and empowering opportunity to work for himself.
Tony's professional experiences in retail, restaurants and more gave him knowledge and credibility that he knew would help businesses grow and develop outstanding teams. So, in late 2020, Tony founded Ignite Your Service Training and Consulting to help his clients improve customer loyalty, team satisfaction and client engagement.
