Polk Vision, an organization that actively facilitates a process designed to enable Polk County to realize its aspirations and full potential, and Emily Rogers Consulting + Coaching, a business that exists to help leaders and teams grow and realize their full potential, are mission-aligned. Today, they announced a continuation of their collaborative partnership that is designed to amplify the collective impact of Polk County’s leaders. Leadership Polk, a county-wide leadership development program and strategic initiative of Polk Vision, brings together accomplished leaders from across the county with the goal to develop a diverse network of resourceful, informed, and proactive visionaries committed to building a more vibrant future for our community. As part of this ongoing collaborative partnership, Emily Rogers will facilitate multiple aspects of the Leadership Polk Class XVIII program including the orientation in August, opening retreat in September, and closing retreat in May. Emily will work closely with Leadership Polk’s Program Manager, Ana Saavedra, to strengthen the participants’ ability to influence and create positive change throughout Polk County. Polk Vision executive director, Kim Long, celebrated the ongoing partnership by saying, “We are thrilled to continue our collaborative partnership with Emily Rogers Consulting + Coaching. We invited Emily to be our Leadership Polk partner because of her decades of experience coaching executive leaders across our county, her professional reputation, and her deep personal roots in Central Florida.
