Polk County Voters Have Three Easy Ways to Vote in August 20 Primary

Polk County voters have three easy ways to vote in the August 20, 2024 Statewide Primary Election, according to Supervisor of Elections Lori Edwards.

 

  1. Vote at your Precinct. Polling locations will be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Election Day.
  1. Vote by Mail.  Requests can be made by calling the Elections Office or visiting PolkElections.gov.  The last day voters can request a mail ballot to be mailed for this election is Thursday, August 8.  All mail ballots must be returned to the Supervisor of Elections office by 7 p.m. on Election Day.
  2. Vote Early.  Voting will be available at ten convenient locations around Polk County from August 10 through August 17.  Early voting hours are from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.
