Florida Center for Workforce & Talent Development: Top 30 in 2030 High-Demand Careers Now Posted on our Florida Chamber Foundation Future of Work Florida Website Using the Florida 2030 Blueprint’s talent goals as a guide, the Florida Center for Workforce & Talent Development seeks to incorporate our Florida Chamber Foundation research, partnerships with workforce and education leaders, and communication channels to create talent pipeline initiatives for various components of the Future of Work Initiative. One of the priorities for the Florida Center for Workforce & Talent Development is identifying high-demand careers and communicating this information to learners, families, education partners, and the business community. Our Florida Chamber Foundation research team has updated the “Top 30 in 2030” High-Demand Careers at the state level and by local workforce development regions utilizing new projections and regional salaries. These careers are included in the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics SOC (standard occupational classification) system and list salaries that are at or above the median wage in Florida.
