Southeastern University will be hosting the 2024 Fire Film Festival Saturday, Mar. 23, at 1 p.m., in the Buena Vida Auditorium on its Lakeland campus. This annual event is free and open for public attendance however, registration is required. Registration is required to attend. The festival will feature two blocks of short film showings starting at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Showings will be followed by an afterparty with complimentary refreshments, caricatures and performances from SEU’s student improv team. Attendees are encouraged to stick around as short film awards will be announced at 5:00 p.m. Each of the featured films have been created by SEU students and individuals who have submitted films from across the country.
