Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as part of its Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for this current month: Shannel Joseph - March Shannel Joseph, a Dermatology Tech and Medical Assistant who currently works with board-certified dermatologist Dr. Pamela Sakalosky at the Watson Clinic Bella Vista Building, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for March. Shannel has been with the Clinic for 18 years and is known for her positive attitude, her willingness to help, and for always going out of her way to greet everyone by name. As PEER Award winner, Shannel received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot, and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
