The public is invited to participate in the Polk Transportation Planning Organization’s (TPO) Local Coordinating Board for the Transportation Disadvantaged (TD LCB) annual public workshop and quarterly meeting. The workshop begins at 1:30 p.m. on March 18, 2024, in the Polk County Administration Building’s Boardroom, 330 W. Church St., Bartow. The public may comment on paratransit or door-to-door transportation for elderly, disabled or low-income people (Transportation Disadvantaged). The workshop will be followed by the quarterly Polk Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board meeting. The public is invited to attend the meeting in-person or via Zoom.
