Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding employee every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to an employee who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following employee was recognized for this current month: George Lapcik - February George Lapcik, an MRI Technologist in the Radiology department at Watson Clinic Main in Lakeland, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for the month of February. George has been with the Clinic for 8 years. His co-workers admire him for his elevated skill level, self-discipline, and commitment to patient satisfaction and safety. As PEER Award winner, George received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
