MADE Brands, a Lakeland branding and advertising agency, invites non-profit organizations to apply for their 13th Annual Brandathon—a chance for Polk County nonprofits to receive free marketing and design services. Brandathon is one way MADE gives their time and talents back to the Polk County community by providing pro-bono services to several nonprofits. The MADE team selects a variety of projects from the nonprofit applicants and completes them within a 24-hour period. This year’s Brandathon will begin on March 28, 2024. “We set time aside every year to share our skills and resources with our local nonprofits,” says brand manager, Erin Hollenkamp, who will be participating in her fourth Brandathon this year. “We start at 8 a.m. and don’t stop until the next day at the same time. It’s an exciting—and surprisingly fun—24-hour marketing extravaganza in our office.” Services that non-profit organizations can apply for include an animated social media video, brochure design, copywriting content kit, logo design, marketing strategy, poster design, social media strategy, or t-shirt design. “The services we provide can help these incredible organizations further their mission, increase awareness, boost event attendance or donations, and more,” states Michelle Ledford, principal and president. “We understand not all nonprofits have access to a marketing team, and it means the world to us to be able to fill that gap and support them in what we do best.” MADE is accepting Brandathon applications, which are available on their website through Monday, February 26 at 5 p.m. Eligible nonprofits must be a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) organization located in Polk County, Florida and have an active Board of Directors who meet at a minimum on a quarterly basis. To submit an application or for more details, visit the Brandathon section on MADE’s website or visit https://content.madelkld.com/brandathon-2024-application.
