The City of Lakeland needs the public’s help identifying parking needs and priorities in Downtown Lakeland. A survey has been created by consultant Kimley-Horn who is gathering the data for the City of Lakeland. Please take the survey by visiting: https://app.publiccoordinate.com/#/projects/lakelandparking. The survey only takes a few minutes, and you will be asked questions like: What parking spaces are you willing to pay more for: on-street parking or garage/surface lot parking? Do you find it easy to find to public parking in Downtown Lakeland? How far are you willing to walk from where you park to your destination? After completing the survey, please leave a comment on the Downtown Lakeland Parking survey map. Consultants are seeking feedback about parking location preferences, including recommendations for the location of new designated bicycle parking. By answering the quick survey and placing comments on the map, your valued input will be heard and incorporated into the recommendations for parking improvements in Downtown Lakeland.
