Bonnet Springs Park is pleased to announce their first annual Hispanic Heritage Celebration, ¡Bienvenido A BSP!. The event will take place at the Bonnet Springs Park on Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 12 pm – 8 pm. Guests can expect a free, family-friendly event that includes an artisan market, live music, dancing, food trucks, cultural performances, and a live concert by Selena tribute band, Bidi Bidi Banda from Austin, Texas. Notable vendors include, but are not limited to Taco Riendo, Nineteen 61, Tito’s Latin Cuisine, Mamacita Lifestyleco, Me and Mom Jewelry, Flamenco Del Sur, Spirit of Samba, and so much more. The Puerto Rican/Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Polk County will also be present at the event.
This event strategically falls within Hispanic Heritage Month, which runs September 15, 2023 – October 15, 2023. “Hispanic Heritage Month provides a chance for us to celebrate the contributions and cultures of the Hispanic and Latino communities of Central Florida, right here at Bonnet Springs Park! From music to dance to food, there's something for everyone to enjoy at ¡Bienvenido A BSP! We can't wait to welcome you to the Park on October 7th!”, said Kirsten Hein, Vice President of Programming.
