A free community summit to help sharpen your brain is coming to Lakeland
The public is invited to join the 10th annual EmPOWERing YOU: Mind Matters Healthy Aging Summit from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, April 25 at First Presbyterian Church, 175 Lake Hollingsworth Drive, in Lakeland.
Participants can connect with leading health professionals, caregivers, and families at this free community event– enjoy giveaways, prizes, complimentary lunch, and gain expert insight on caregiving for Alzheimer’s.
Dr. Christopher Weber, PhD, is the Senior Director of Global Sciences Initiative with the Alzheimer’s Association, and will be speaking on ‘Unlocking the Secrets to Lifelong Brain Health’, joining other industry professionals to inform, advocate, and support awareness for Alzheimer’s and lifelong brain health.
