This event is perfect for runners and walkers of all ages looking to test their limits in the stunning surroundings of Bonnet Springs Park. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, this is your chance to push yourself in a supportive, community-focused environment.

In addition to the 5k, there will be family-friendly activities on the Family Lawn and a Kids Fun Run at 9:00 AM. Bring the whole family to enjoy a day of running, walking, and playing while supporting the park.
New to running? Sign up for the Lakeland Runners Club’s 9-week group training program starting January 25, 2025. This program will introduce you to the Lakeland running community and help you prepare to cross the finish line with confidence.
The 2025 BSP 5k is limited to 1,000 participants. Each participant will receive a custom finisher medal and a gender-specific event shirt. The course is USATF certified, and the race is chip-timed.
